2021 Stronger Together
As leaders, we must create a path forward, not only for the women coming behind us, but for the women coming alongside us. We must seek to understand that any woman in leadership creates space for more women in leadership, instead of a woman in leadership taking the place of another woman in leadership. With this year's Stronger Together theme, we will seek to learn how to build relationships, become better mentors and allies, and create space for all women in leadership, hearing from the experiences of past leaders, knowing that together, we are stronger.
